About Us

Welcome to Tanglegrove Townhouse Condominium Association! We are an association of condominiums comprised of 227 townhomes incorporated in 1974. Tanglegrove is located just West of the Galleria in Houston, Texas.

Board

The association's leadership is a five-person volunteer board of directors, each elected for a three-year term.

The current board members are:

Sara Koch, President (2023-present)
Jeff Cross, Treasurer (2023-present)
Todd Braunfeld, Secretary (2025-present)

Property Manager

Tanglegrove is managed by Goodwin. Our onsite property manager is Frank Gonzalez. Our onsite maintenance team is Rivas Handyman.
