About Us

Welcome to Tanglegrove Townhouse Condominium Association! We are an association of condominiums comprised of 227 townhomes incorporated in 1974. Tanglegrove is located just West of the Galleria in Houston, Texas. 

Board

The association's leadership is a five-person volunteer board of directors, each elected for a three-year term.

The current board members are:

• Sara Koch, President (2023-present)
• Abbas Rangwala, Treasurer (2022-present)
• Jeff Cross, Secretary (2023-present)
• Maxine Marstrand, at large (2023-present)
• Amy Williams, at large (2024-present)

Property Manager

Tanglegrove is managed by Goodwin. Our onsite property manager is Shane Summers. Our onsite maintenance manager is Ralph (Rusty) Zerby.
