Swimming Pools

The property includes two swimming pools with showers and restrooms. Internet access is available at the East pool next to the Clubhouse.

Clubhouse

The 2-story clubhouse is available for community functions and meetings. Residents can rent the clubhouse for private parties.  It includes restrooms, 2 televisions, pool table, dart board and shuffleboard.

Pond

The center of the property features a park area with a beautiful a koi pond, fountains, and a stream.

Children’s Play Area

There is a shaded play area next to the West side pool for children to enjoy.

Xfinity

Included in HOA assessment is basic cable provided by Xfinity.

Trash Pick-Up

The HOA assessment includes "normal" trash pick-up twice a week on Monday and Thursday. Individual owners must dispose of large items (e.g. furniture, construction supplies) on his/her own.

Mail Delivery

USPS delivers mail conveniently to group mailboxes.

Visitor Parking

There is ample parking in designated spots and on interior streets for guests to park.

Water

Included in HOA assessments is the cost of water.
